Mining Bags

So, is there a way, to set up Gatherbuddy, Gold seller, to where it will drop the items from the Mining bags into the Guild Bank. It will do it for other types of bags, Frostweave, netherweave, etc, but not for mining. Is there a way to unprotect items in these bags? Thank you for any assistance.

I've never seen anyone have a problem like this. But then again I simply mail my stuff out so that the bot doesn't have to deal with laggy dalaran
