I'm not trying to avoid detection, just minimize it.
After I'm inevitably banned from the near-certain, upcoming banwave, and I , are these the next steps to minimize detection?
Also, I'm wondering:

- Create a new email.
- Register new BNet account under new email.
- Purchase new WoW license on new BNet account.
- Backup HB folder.
- Format the hard drive.
- Re-download WoW.
- Reinstall.
- Copy old HB folder to new drive.
Also, I'm wondering:
- Does a fresh OS installation create new unique hardware identifiers like MAC address, HW Profile, CPU ID, etc.?
- Can I partition the HD into 2 partitions (i.e. C: and D: ), install the OS and WoW on C:, and just format C: every time it's banned?
- Do I need to name my PC something different every time since it's going to be connecting from the same IP address?
