hello there, i'm just bought HB today (yes, i'm new user). But it seem like not working at all. I do log in, set mesh folder, selected profile and press start but seem like I keep get same error in "Navigator Log" bar
Am I doing wrong or..?

View attachment log.txt

are you behind of a firewall or on a limited network?

give us your full log(not the nav log)

you can find the log in your Hb main folder under the subfolder called logs

try this
create a new folder in your Hb folder and use that folder for the meshes(go at Hb settings and set the folder path)

in case you still have problems post a proper log

do you have a proxy or something?

i tried without proxy also have the same problem, do you want the log without proxy?

Have you closed down all your firewalls? (Not temporarily paused them, actually closed them down.) You may be able to get away with just adding exceptions to your firewall, to allow HB/GB to freely "talk" to the servers.

It seems your firewall isn't allowing mesh request packets to be sent/received for some reason.

i'm pretty sure I did off windows firewall and anti-vir already. is it my routher problem?
