I want to purchase the Necrophilia Death Knight CR, but I'm unable to because I (stupidly) refunded it. With the utmost respect to Tuanha, his DK routine, while very good, sometimes seems to be inactive at times. I have never figured out whether this is an FPS/routine issue, or it's the nature of the Blood spec (waiting for runes to come off CD so they can be used again)

HB devs/staff have been unable to help me regain access to Necrophilia, and I haven't heard back from its creator. It's a shame, because I'd like to see how Necrophilia compares to Tuanha, as far as the Blood spec goes.

So to sum up, it seems as though my only choice now is to purchase another HB account so I can purchase Necrophilia on that account and keep it. Would also mean I have to rebuy everything else I like (Brodie's stuff, Omation's stuff, etc). Damn...!
 
you may have luck getting the two keys merged once youve repurchased your choice of CR.

this should allow you to use all of your purchased goodies.

from what i understand, the 'refund purchase' process glitches the store because there is no 'go back button' once it is in the refunded state. im not certain there is a fix planned for this glitch.
 
i thought the store was linked to your e-mail, not the key. I could be wrong but thats how it seems to work IMO. So you might have to use a different e-mail address and try to get them merged into one. Again i could be way out in left field on this, just giving my thoughts on the matter. Good luck.
 
your buddyauth login is linked to any keys you own.

you can purchase a second key with a new email and purchase the CR.

then merge the keys with a quick email to support.
 
I just purchased a new HB key (trial access, for the purpose of testing). But I'm having trouble creating a new buddyauth account to go with it. Please help!!! :) :(
 
did you use the email where your key was delivered?
 
Yes, however here is where it gets weird. For the sake of this, my original account is Alpha and the one I just created is Bravo.

Alpha is the one with all the routines and profiles currently purchased. But it is also the one that refunded Necrophilia, and now can't re-buy it.

Bravo was bought and then delivered to the email that is apparently used by Alpha to login to the Buddy Store. Attempting to create a new Buddy Auth account for Bravo with a completely new email does not work, because it requires the purchase is email, which I suspect belongs to Alpha.

So as you can see, this is a total clusterf--- for me.

Time to go spend some money then (the current Euros to AUD exchange is a pain in my rear end!!).

and be polite. support deals with douchebags all day long and will likely be in a bad mood. a bad attitude will get you nowhere.
