method for processing goat meat in trimmed meat

As the title says i want to process goat meat into trimmed meat. I tried the CraftItems() method, however it is not working while it works for crafting potions and such. However since processing goat meat into trimmed doesnt require any station i expect that i have to use another method which i cannot find in the api manuel. Can somebody point me in the right direction. Oh yeah, before somebody asks if i have enough blue salt knives, i have .

have you tried using the meat? it would be same way you would open coinpurses etc so i would assume you just use them with the blue salt knife in pack? But you can just hold shift and right click and it will do all of them.
