Message to EB Developers/Mods

Right click in you exilebuddy(or the masked name).exe and go to properties and then details. Im almost sure that the problems are there, you can rename the file but allways when you open the task manager it will appear as Exilebuddy, and only the process name will be changed. I'v tried to delete or change the .exe details but Bossland did something that i cant change anyway, im not hacker but tried using 3 programs to change it and didnt worked. I dont know how, but i think that GGG made something to inspect the task manager and not the process list! Someone need to check Exiled forum to see if they're getting banned too, because Exiled can be masked into another process, it can be more dificult to detect... "

Change the name that appears on the task manager/process list and it may become less detected?

I've tried botting in this game on 3-4 accounts within the last couple months and every time I can only last a week or so at most. I used to be able to bot 24/7 without a ban for several months.

Don't get used to do something in the botting world. everything you've setup and have been working for years can be rekt in a second by GGG.

I'm running since december with 3 accounts at once and i'm still going. Soooooo it's not the issue.

It's Ignorant to assume GGG has the same detection through out the whole game cycle. And Trust me, the name in task manager has nothing to do with this, if you actually reversed PoE, you would know that their cheat detection does not intrude like what you are assuming, 100/100 still strong[SUP]tm[/SUP].

Closing this because there's nothing more for us to do in this regards. The current mandatory process renames and title changes will be removed in the next big update as they were simply precautionary.

If GGG ever did go out of process to try and detect any program it'd be trivial for them no matter what the application's name or title was.
