thats a fake dude a blizzard gm would pop up a chat box lol youve been faked i hope you didn't clicked any phising email links lol because he wil put a script on his site to see you login details watch out for that kind of things never click on any links are you new to world of warcraft since you dont know what a real gm is or a fake? if you dont wanna get those fake message again get the addon badboy or go to you chat settings and turn off whispers

Nah, I'm not new.. it was 6am I had just come out of the Raid.. so the timing was good.. Just wanted to double check I didn't click the link..

It's constantly spammed on the loading screen tips...a Blizzard representative will never ask you to click a link. An icon will appear next to their name. They won't have names like 'BlizzardGM' or 'BlizzardBoss'. And all conversation will be in a separate window (a box saying 'A GM would like to speak with you' appears at the top left corner).
