Meshing issues

So i made a mesh and profile, Iv done it before, and it worked ok.

I made a mesh/profile that does 45-51 in Hinterlands and then runs to bloody WPL to do 52-56.

However after its done in Hinterlands it will not run, with the error, Startnode is not connected to Endnode . wtf.

The navigator log says that the nearest suitable startnode is 27 thousand yards away.

I have meshed a path between the 2 spots plenty of times, but it just wont walk, any ideas guys?
