Mesh?

A mesh is sort of like a map.
Imagine the world map of wow, but instead of fancy graphics it's more of a "ok to go" and "not ok to go" black/white kind of map.
In other words, all the places where you normally would go are marked with "ok to go" while all the trees/stones/walls/etc are marked with "not ok to go".

HB can then pick a point(this is all done automagically, you don't have to think about this) and calculate how to get from the current location to the destination - all without touching the "not ok to go" areas.

And as for getting the meshes. They are all streamed bit by bit on demand. Whenever the bot enters an area he hasn't been before it will test to see if it can go to the destination.
If it can't get to the destination it will download the meshes needed to get there(or if it's a bugged profile the navigation log will spew errors in your face).
Once the meshes have been downloaded to your PC, they are stored for later use.

Oh, and you have to remember to set a mesh folder in the settings of HB.
Just create a new folder called whatever(I.E. "Meshes") and point the settings part for meshes to that directory.
All meshes you download will be stored here.
