Mesh Files

So its a little confusing looking at some of the guides here and figuring out what is out of date and what isn't.

Is it true that at one point had to make our own mesh files, but now it will automatically download them from a server? Thats kind of what I've gathered but could be wrong.

I always see Honorbuddy downloading meshes but don't really understand who made the meshes and where its being downloaded from. The profile maker?

PS: Sorry I've been making a lot of threads. I have a lot of questions! Promise this is the last one for awhile

Its good to ask questions!

But you are correct, with HB1 you must make your own meshes, and with HB2 (which you appear to be using) downloads the meshes required to go from Point A to Point B, so just set a place where the meshes are saved and dont worry about it

BTW the meshes are made from the Bot creators.

yea I use 1 fonder for all my bots to use... ie /wowbots/Honorbuddy/HB2_Mesh/...all mesh files here...

That way all client updates I just point them to that folder and it just works, no mesh downloading now for me.

And yes all instances of HB can use the same mesh file at the same time, sharing is fine with multiple bots.
