MESH Bugs?

Hey guys, today i decided to make a Profile, covering this area: (See attached pivture)

I mapped it all, made my profile, everything seems good, and are ready to run, here comes the but---
It's like my "Start Mapping" button aint working... i tried to delete ALL nodes in 100 yards.. Not even a single one...

how do i get my Start Mapping, button to work again??

Note the size of the MESH.
