Merged keys problem

Hey so i bought 3x individual demon buddy keys and asked to merge them
Together so i can get a partial refund based on pricing and they did refund me like i asked but now
My merged keys dont work at all and only two of the 3 keys actually merged!??
I wrote an email as well to support may i please get an answer
