Any way after coming back to playing warcraft and installing it etc, i found i was getting serious slow downs and some times errors and dcs .

The root of my problem was The wow install had fragmented my hard drive !

I defraged my hard drive and its runing smooth again

was really getting pissed off i even had my XP disc out to reinstall

Download and install GameBooster, it works wonders, not only boosts your game, it closes other proceses and can defrag small portions of the disk such as specific games like wow, and works much faster that way
