Maybe DB test releases are a good idea?

I'm sure there is a reason you guys don't do this that I dont know about, but it getting pretty annoying that virtually every new DB release has serious problems that make it "un-afkable."

Maybe you can keep the completely stable version as the "main version" then release a test release in seperate thread untill the community agrees that its stable enough to go live? This would avoid alot of confusion and headache, honestly it gets really frusterating with all the different plugin versions that may or may not work with the new/old demonbuddy. Additionally to make matters worse, if you update by mistake, you can't re-download the old working version if the new one isn't afkable....

I treat every new version as a test release. Just dont delete your old DB and dont update it. Then download the new one fresh, install w/e plugins you use and try it out. If it works better use it, if not use the one you kept.

only one version will be up and there are many reasons about it
