May start my bots on a new server.

Well today when I came back from the store I turned on my pc to check out me bots and the one that is farming in northrend ran into the same node as 4 other bots, It was kinda freaky at first, but again made me think.. Maybe it's time to head out to a new server, or hell.. get a GB lifetime sub and start botting 5. What do you all have to say about this? It's not like the other 4 were same facation as me, but I think with random places being farmed out the arse blizzard will hot spot the zones..

well with the patch right around the corner i dont know if your going to even finish leveling them before cata hits. let alone get any farming in. i would wait and see what happens after the patch, if gold prices dont bounce back there might not be any point.

Level what? I have 6 80's, 2 of which are full time farmers, I'd consider tossing 3 more into the battle.. At my rate, farming about 4-5hrs I'm getting about 825g if I vendor my saronite, I also have a bot thats farming pre wrath atm sell stacks anywhere from 110g and up all off the AH, I'm sure I can get more from my saronite, but I'm not trying to sit on it long, but have been think about crafting savage sets which are selling for over 200g a piece.

i know what you mean on my realm theres a fair few bots compared to like 4months ago now theres tons.. this is an oceanic realm aswell.

Most of the bots on my server have been banned, most of the prices on herbs and ores have gone up

who knows blizzard is one sneaky bastered, they could do anything at any time.

To be honest on the server im on I constantly see people etc and i have to be pretty much at my keyboard when lvling or ill be busted. Farming wise its alright though i never get a whisper at all.

Like Dameize, I've never had any problems from farming. I've had two suspensions from grinding bots that I'm 100% sure were player report related. I'm leveliing another toon to bot/farm with and I've never sold any gold. I figure 1) they are bound to put some more gold sinks in that I will want for my main acct-so it won't hurt to have a stockpile of cash and 2) if I don't like the changes or just get completely WoW bored, I can cash out my accounts and having a ton of gold of them never hurts the sell price.

On alliance ive found that the questing profiles arnt that great so i use pookies grinding profile and ive had

1x confirmed player report for 'your botting'
1x 80 follow me around
1x what looked like someone in stealth following me

and then a bunch of random seing ppl my lvl wanting to group or talk to me etc.

I reccomend that from about 40-58 you supervise your bot but if your going to start a new server simply make DKs as they are great for farming and you can just use the 60-70 quest profile and then 70-80 profiles
