Based on a thorough research by some barb users, it seems that the best way to maximize the damage done by tornadoes created by the Sprint + RLTW rune is to start sprinting after swinging the weapon with the higher attack speed (usually the offhand weapon) to increase the number of crit hits.
Can we maybe have something in Trinity that would allow us to use this if we're dual-wielding, double-tornado barbarians?
It also helps to have the weapon with the stronger DPS as your main hand since the DPS of your main hand determines the strength of the hits of your tornadoes.
In other words;
Speed of tornadoes (number of crit hits) is dependent on last weapon swung (ideally should be the off-hand).
Strength of the tornado hits is dependent on the DPS of the main-hand weapon (hence, the weapon with the faster attack speed should be used as the off-hand weapon. The weapon with the higher dps should be the main-hand weapon).
It would be awesome if we can set which hand (main-hand or off-hand) we swing before we start sprinting.
