Max Sessions

Hi my friend has a problem. He bought HB yesterday and he cant login. It says Authentication failed, max sessions. He registered on buddyauth, there are no active sessions but he can see his keys on buddyauth. He restarted his pc, closed HB, waited for 5 min, still nothing. Any1 can help?
