Max Sessions

Hi, I just discovered Honorbuddy so I purchased a One day access to Honorbuddy. So started everything and did a BG and it worked fine but the next bg I got this computer update in the middle of the game so I did it. When I started up everything again and logged in to honorbuddy with my code it Says: Max Sessions, Please tell me what this means?

I logged into that, and i cant see any sessions to close, and when i start HB it still says max sessions

you must be registered using the same email u used in checkout page
