Max Sessions

Hi there,

I was wondering how much sessions can u use a day ore is there a weekly maximum of that since i can't login any more today and it says max sessions?

Logging in and exiting HB over and over back to back can cause this error. Give it rest and use your key to login after a few minutes.

Log in to here: Log On - Buddy Auth Portal and kill your session, then re-open HB.

you can use 1 session at a time, theres no weekly or daily limits, sometimes after closing HB it takes minute or two to release the session from the server. thats what the authentication failed message is.
