max sessions?

i just bought 3 months and i havent even got it working yet, and now the bot says max sessions....

Log in to the Buddy Auth Portal and go to Sessions, which allows you to kill any active sessions which might be running.

Per not working, have you:

• Installed Net 4.0 and the C++ redistributable per the instructions in this thread?
• Loaded the game fully before starting the bot?
