max sessions will try to login again in 30 seconds then crash

Hello I have had DB before and will start again but can not get the DB to work. Can you Help

as written in the title. the problem is that I can not log in as it writes max sessions vil try two login again in 30 seconds. This makes it 1-4 times after the fall.

have tried to kill it on buddyauth but this makes no difference.

I have seen on the list that Tony has put out and can not see that I have any of these programer.

I have removed and reinstalled microsoft visual c ++ .. with the latest.

are you sure you followed this?

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
