Max sessions? Why am i getting this error

so i jsut got this 24 hour key to see how this bot it and i have been fighting getting Trinity to work it would not let me select a new routine so i deleted DB and reinstalled it and now it says max sessions when it has only been an hour

Cancel your current session.

Try again.

i got rid of the max session error now it just does this over and over....my charater doing nothing.
