max sessions when bot is not being used

Hi am having problem authenticating my key, I've checked Buddy Auth Portal and saw my key is being active when its actually not.
I have no session running on buddyauth.com
I already reset my pc
I have no process running to terminate
Anyone know how to fix this?

On Buddy Auth, click the kill session.
