Max Sessions problems...

HB worked fine this morning now when I try to log in I keep getting this:

Max Sessions
Will try to login again in 30 seconds.
Logging in...

Max Sessions
Will try to login again in 30 seconds.
Logging in...

It won't load. Is this due to the Hotfix they dropped then rolled back today or am I missing something else?
