Max sessions - no session listed on BA

Hello,

I was going to load up RB this morning and I clicked login, it comes back with "Max Sessions" text under the login button. I think "This is weird, maybe something didn't exit/update properly" so I head over to buddyauth. Click on my sessions and nothing is listed at all.

Any help at all would be appreciated.
