[09:16:42] Connection established. Update default location...

[09:16:47] Authentication Result [LOGIN][ Max Sessions] [2347688224]
[09:16:47] Please log in to BuddyAuth and kill your active session.

I cannot login because the server thinks my key is being used. I cannot kill the session because nobody is using it in the first place. Only I have the key.

EDIT: Seems to work now.

Have you gone to buddyauth.com and logged in (or registered then login if you have never been their before)?

From the buddyauth site you can "unlock" the key if it already thinks it is being used.

*edit: I grabbed this bot today and ironically got the same message as you on my first attempt. Attempting to login to authbuddy for me required a password reset (I haven't logged on in ages), which then didn't work as the new password got the account locked for too many wrong attempts. My point being there might be an issue with their processing system today, I would advise shooting an email off to [email protected] if you end up having buddyauth login issues on top of your "used" key issues.

Hi,

Since 5-6 hours, i have the same pb. >hen i want to kill my session, it is what i ve got :

" Server Error in '/' Application.

Runtime Error

Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>
<system.web>
<customErrors mode="Off"/>
</system.web>
</configuration>

Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>
<system.web>
<customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="mycustompage.htm"/>
</system.web>
</configuration>
"

Any ideas ?

Regards

This is a serious issue of our money spent and not able to use the product because of technical difficulties which Bossland is responsible for delivering and assuring the company's standards. I do hope Bossland will resolve this issue soon enough.
