Hi. was changing in auth my key to ea. region - it didnt help. ive alot of logs about it didnt worked when the key was set to europe too.
best latency didnt work too.

after 2 hrs waiting it was working since now... idk what happened..

seems like im not the only person. i just didnt change anything. bot was questing while i was sleeping. just saw this after waking up.

you can change region in buddyauth

"Hi. was changing in auth" told u so. it didnt work.
afterall .. it was 3 hrs down at all. (1 hr before i was seein it) 2 hrs later it was working again.
i didnt change anything at all after trying to change it in auth.

now its working again like a charme. (13 hrs botting without any error.)
will see tonight what happens.

tony, like i told u in my thread.. its not working to change it in auth! you can set it to asia, refresh the page and see ur on asia, but if you start HB its changing you back to ur region its telling. for me it was europe, taters1 has northamerica.

if i switch it to northamerica to test arround, im still getting the error

it had a max session too. it wasnt able to have max sessions. cuz i was not connected 1 hr before.

Hi, Sealice,

We've moved your post back into your thread. The other Support thread belongs to Tatersr1, and you should not be posting there.

The problem boils down to one of two possibilities:

• Someone else is using your key on a different region.
• You are trying to use your key on different regions, simultaneously.

All the sessions associated with a particular key MUST be used on the same region. For instance, if you've a three-session key, and attempt to use two sessions on one region, and use a different region for the third session, you will get the problem you describe.

Depending on the region, it can take some time for sessions to switch between regions. More info here:

Your problem is one of the two possibilities listed above. There are no other causes of your problem.

Possibly, your VM setup is interfering with proper network routing in some fashion. You might try running without one, and see if things settle down. Whether it does or not, the root cause of your problem will be one of the two possibilities above.
