Max sessions issue

The thing is, there are no Sessions to kill on Buddy auth.
I've been running 2 bots simultaneously the whole week until yesterday when this started appearing as soon as i tried logging onto my 2nd HB.

What I did yesterday was taking my PC to a friends house for a LAN, could that possibly be the problem? (he was running HB aswell). Though, It was fine for a few hours.

Any help would be appreciated! :)
 
make sure you are registered on portal using the same email u used in checkout page
 
Yeah, I got the right one. As soon as I start a bot I'm able to kill the session from BuddyAuth.
 
so whats the exact problem?

you killing the session but you still cant use it?
 
i have the same issue, i was able to log in with 2 account till yesterday. But now it doesn't work!

i don't remember which version i bought, what i know is that i have always been able to use 2 sessions at the same time and since yesterday it doesn't work anymore and it only lets me use one of them.

there is no single key with 2 sessions

its 1 or 3


probably there was a bug
 
I kinda have the same issue now, I have been running HB smoothly for some time now and and I am only using it on 1 account, now it says max session thing and the email I had for the buddy auth page has been hacked so the only thing I have is the log in password or whatever its called so I have no way of killing my session..
 
So we're actually not supposed to be running multiple bots with the 1 session key?
 
oh my.. I thought it was IP/PC-based. What about those who bot like 20 accs, are they simply rich or what?
