Max Sessions Issue? - Can we get a response? anything?

I see many post but I do not see any responses from support that issue is being worked on or suggestions on how to resolve. Buddy Auth shows no sessions to kill.

Seems like a handful of people including myself are having the same issue. Funny thing is, I have a 3 key that I share w/ a buddy that lives in a different state and he has no problem logging in with the key but when I try to use it on 2 different computers in my home I get the max sessions spam... Wonder what the deal is.
