max sessions error

i have tried relogging several times, and also tried the session killer link. but it has not worked. any help?

try task manager and find any honorbuddy processes and kill it
if not. restart computer altogether.
if not, try the support section

Go to Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal and kill your session(s) manually. If this is what you mean by "the session killer link" I would try the options offered by the poster above.
