Max Sessions error

Everytime i open demon buddy i get this error - Max Sessions
Will try to login again in 30 seconds.

I saw someone say you need to change the region to wherever you are from and i did this but it still doesnt work

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
