Max Sessions error

Hi

If TL2 freezes View attachment 2013-11-06 18.09.txt

and you have to use task manager to shut it down and then restart your server still thinks I am logged in and you get the max session error.

Can this be corrected or can you advise the time out before the login is logged out due to inactivity ?
