Max sessions error, searched but couldn't find a thread on how to fix it.

I've seen it mentioned before but I couldn't find any posts that resolved this issue. I've never been able to see my key/sessions on buddyauth but I've not had any problems using HB until now so I'd never bothered seeking a resolution to this problem.

I was using HB earlier today, closed HB and swapped characters, I swapped back and reopened but was given the 'Max Sessions' error repeatedly, I've flushed my DNS, reinstalled HB, and reset my computer and router to no avail. Any ideas on a fix?

Did you use the same email for the bot checkout and the buddyauth register ? Buddyauth requires you to do so
Also, the max session issue should have ended now, it usualy lasts a few mins max. Have you lent your key to anyone who could be using it ?

Only I use my account, I've used it on a couple of computers but uninstalled after each use. I only have it currently on my main computer, the other is a recently formatted laptop, or my girlfriends computer but she doesn't even play WoW.

I believe I did yes, I even have the same username to log in. Is there any way I can check?

if you haven't, register at Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal with the same e-mail address you use during checkout. once you get in you should be able to view any sessions you have any kill them, after that you can login normally.
