Max sessions - cannot open DB

Well, I have noticed that if i were to open DB and run it, and then close DB and open it again it will give me the Max sessions error even though i closed it last time. This is an issue because, i have the pluggin Arelog installed which is supposed to relog you back in game if u disconnect. Thing is when it attempts to relog me back in and opens DB, the error of max sessions pops up even though there is only 1 session open.

how can i fix this?
