"Max Sessions - Authentication failed" when attempting to login

I've been using honorbuddy for a while now its always worked fine but i started getting this message when i attempt to login now saying im using my max sessions its been like this for 6 days. I didn't share my key and i've only ever used it on this computer so i know it isn't open on some other computer.

what might be happening is when you have a wow client up and hb attaches and later crashes etc. then when you try to reconnect to the wow client that error of "max sessions" will prompt. basicaly your relog is restarting your HB too fast or excesivly. if you do not have a relog then try exiting both your wow client and hb client and wait about 5min then restart them.

post a log aswell please

...Then open sessions and kill the current running one and you should be able to open it up again.
