Max Sessions Auth Failed

When I try to start my bot I get the Error Max Session, Auth failed.. I have tried restarting hb like 20 times, and it still has the error any help? And im the only person using my key.

Have you trie o login here and kill them sessions?

if you log into Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal
using the e-mail you used to buy your key, then you should be able to kill your active sessions, and then be able to log into the bot again.
