Max sessions "Austhentication Failed!"

Have never ran HB but i loged in On the Auth page and went to go kill the sessions because thats what i read to do. and there was no sessions running. and at one point it was told me i had to just set it with a valid wow account. i know i am a noob when it comes to think. but i just need help.

on auth portal can you see your key under Keys tab?
