So earlier I started getting this problem with honourbuddy, where when I first run it it encounters an error then closes. Afterwards when I try to run It I am unable to login, producing the error "Max Sessions, Authentication failed".

I've tried killing processes via both task manager and the buddyauth portal, neither of which work. Buddyauth portal just does literally nothing and refreshes showing the exact same thing but with an updated runtime. Failing with that I completely removed and re-installed honorbuddy. This solved nothing.

So what do?

Buddyauth portal SHOULD kill the session. With the newest Honorbuddy update I noticed a CC or two were giving me errors that made me close honorbuddy everytime and I would keep getting the same " Max Sessions, Authentication failed " error. Maybe you two are using an outdated profile?

Possibly, Best solution to the problem is? Reinstall completely?

{EDIT} tried reinstalling with no luck. Im also having trouble logging in on Buddy auth. I've tried registering using the email linked to my purchase. Says email is linked to a username, then I enter the username and pass that I use for my login, and it says it is incorrect.

Please go to Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal and register with the email account that you used when you purchased the bot and you can kill any active sessions you have hanging on our server.

If not, please send an email to [email protected] with your name, email, and payment information so that we can get the issue resolved.

Max Sessions, and Authentication Failed, are 2 different issues.

if your getting Max Sessions, you can kill your sessions via the BuddyAuth site. Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal

if your getting authentication failed you need to make sure the key your using is the same one listed on the buddyauth website.
it can also come from your computer having problems accessing the authentication servers. so make sure port 5031 is open on your home router and your firewall or anti-virus program isnt blocking it.
