Max Session Error, please help

Hello HB Team,

I've used your amazing program for quite sometime now over 3-4 weeks, and now im recieving my first error, I'm unable to use the bot do to Max session error, I have both purchased a life time member from u and a 1 year member from you as well for 3 IP's for each account purchased. If you guys could help me figure it out, I've tried the following.

-Restarted/completly shut down my computer
-Defragmentation of the C: drive, as I saw on another post
-Completely uninstall, and reinstalled the program.
-Ran some other various things like CC cleaner etc, just cause i'm paranoid

Any assistance would be greatful, thank you!

You have used all of your honorbuddy sessions! authentication failed

This is the error on both Life time membership and the purchased one for 1 year. Then pop's up a window for me to send/don't send an error, I try sending the error and it fails to connect to the server to send it.

This may sound rediculous, but have you check both your purchases to make sure they are still valid? It seems as though you covered all other aspects unless someone else is using your login elsewhere.

Looks like someone else might be using your password.

Log in to the buddy auth portal, there you can manage your sessions and kill those you don?t use.

or there are "ghost" Hb processes already running,check you task manager as well

check'ed task manager there aren't any HB running,

The buddy session thing, I didn't think of that, Just now checked that. There are only 2 sessions running I'm allowed up to 3 on Both purchases of the Bot. and 0 running on the other Purchase. The other 2 are my brother's, Different house locations, they aren't having issues only myself which is completely wierd.
