Max session! Authentication failed.

Hi there,

I just bought DB and it will not allow me to log in with below error:
"Max session.
Authentication failed"

My access key is attached to my registration email to this account so if you want to look up...
Attached is the recent log files.

Please help and thanks in advance.

Also, I have checked the portal here: http://buddyauth.com/Account/Register.
The key is ACTIVE and there is no active session.
Still the same error occurs no matter if i type in manually or copy and paste the key.

Please kindly have a look and I hope this gets resolved ASAP

I fixed the problem by myself...

I hope my method helps for some other fellow buddies who have the same problem:
1. Tried the tips and tricks here: https://bosslandgmbh.zendesk.com/entries/22937111-Max-Sessions-Authentication-failed-
Did not work for me, but hey, it is there for a reason and might work for you.

2. Tried to install this BuddyWizard.zip from here:

My system is Win10 and clearly beyond Win XP as mentioned in this post that "Updated once more, this should now run on all Windows XP and up machines without requiring any prerequisite installs on your computer. "

After running this wizard and installed a few versions of visual C++ (?), it starts to work now.
