Max FPS and window size

Should we limit the maximum amount of foreground and background FPS (you can find that at System: Advanced)? I see that by default foreground is at about 100 and background at 20 or so. Are those default settings optimal, should we limit them to a lower amount, or should we increase the maximum?

And, is it better to run WoW in small windows, or it doesn't matter?
 
you need to have it at least at 30, although more is better.

making the window smaller wont make a difference as it still renders at whatever the resolution is set to, it just scales it to the window

30 for both foreground and background?

the more frames you have, the more data honorbuddy can inject and read from in the same timeframe. so more would be better.

I see, thanks. I have just left unticked the maximum, let's see how it works.
