MASSIVE frame spikes

Hello!

Ever since using HB I've been getting huge frame spikes when I turn it on.

I've tried disabling and enabing plugins, changing WoW settings, and messing with HB settings. Nothing seems to work.

It'll cut in and our randomly. My frames will be silky smooth one minute, then the next I'm watching a slide show.

None of my hardware is overheating nor is any of it reaching maximum processing power - I have an AMD 8 core and a GTX 970.

Attached is a recent log, though I don't see how that's going to help.

This is VERY frustrating as I can't even look at the screen when it's lagging like that, nor can I intervene when the program is running.

Let me be clear: this is NOT an fps issue. My frames stay in the 30's even in intense situations. These are purely spikes.

There are numerous causes for FPS drops when Honorbuddy is running. Easily, the most common cause is interference from an Antivirus program.
