Map not loading

Just bought this yesterday and only have a one month sub but the maps arent even loading so its not really being put to use. ive tried logging in 20 plus times with no luck. even created a second account and still will not load the maps.

I have been using the latest downloadable build but it still is not loading the map. Another moderator from another forum said they were working on it 2 days ago. I paid for 30 days and this will be the third day the bot doesnt let me play. Everytime i submit a request I am told to post on the forums but no one ever provides a solution.
