Map is showing nothing but bots still working.

I am having issues with the map being blank.

Steps taken -

Reinstalled clean install.
Rebooted

Still not working.

Log file is showing some network error to the pokemon servers. I make a short and sweet log file.

No firewall.
I think its more the map load then my client.
I currently have 2 sessions running one has map one does not. If I scroll in and out on the map that's blank they show up momentarily then poof again.

Here is an example. This is my two sessions that are running. The right side is working, left side I am scrolling the map.

Now both maps are working.
