You cannot manually transfer any Pokemon on the "do not transfer" list. It says enqueuing user action to Pokefarmer and then continues doing what it's doing without transferring them. I know how to attach log files but I don't feel that's necessary here since it can be very easily reproduced by attempting to transfer something that's on your do not transfer list.
