My order is under review and it has been three days, who can I ask for help?
I contacted the email address provided but received no response.
I bought both RB and lisebth three days ago, lisebth shipped to me within five minutes, but no news of RB until today.
Order #317364.

I read other replies that you can contact bossland on weekends, can you ask bossland about this order on weekends?

This is so funny. Yesterday, 4 hours before you replied to me, I purchased RB again and successfully gave me the key. Now I have two keys on my phone, can I refund one of them?

After receiving the key, I also sent an email to Bossland for the first time. I wonder if he ignored this email? If you hadn't said that Bossland contacted you, I really thought you guys were ganging up on me.

I re-purchased RB through my UnionPay account. This time I did not have a manual review. I also successfully obtained the card password. I hope that the previous order can be cancelled, because I don't need two of the same functions. Cammy, thank you.
My last order number is #317364, it has not shipped yet, please cancel it
 
You'll have to wait for a reply from bossland, but if you have two keys the timer on a key does not start until the first time you use it, so if you continue to use rb then youll have a 2nd key ready when the first expires.
