Making the initial gold?

So I've arrived at 60 with my first character, what's the best thing to do to get geared up?

My TTK is really bad in inferno at the moment and the guides all talk about 20mil + which is quite a bit at the moment.

I would start farming the highest level you can and you'll slowly but surely pick up gold. You can also try to increase gold per hour by picking up more items to sell, but be careful cause too much and you'll be running to town all the time, killing efficiency too. Just keep upgrading your gear as you find it. Takes a little while, but in a week or two you'll be a beast
