Making my barb more tanky ?

My barb now has the full 6 part IK set bonus. He has 650k dps and over 14 Million toughness,yet he almost dies instantly in a t6 rift or 27 grift. Can you give me some advice on how i Can make him tankier and dying less often?

You will want to change your build, 6IK is subpar DPS in terms of the build I have linked in my sig.
