Making money with Honor Points?

Anyone know what I should do to get gold using Honor Points? I heard about buying the equip for like 75 point then selling to get money but it's only 600g for 4k points :\

yeah buying the brutal glad daggers is around that price and what i do.

I always buy hypnotic dust from the jp vendor (1 for 100jp). Hypnotic dust sells well on most servers, although i think im around the 600G / 4000JP with that too (selling 5 for 75G on my realm).
