Making Gold after 4.2? How?

How is one to make gold now after 4.2? Since they nerfed JC/Vendoring?

I know you can sell the ore... But that is going to be short lived seeing as the market will be flooded with Ore/Herbs...

I know there is Darkmoon Faire cards to be made...

Volatiles only make a little...

What does one do to make gold after patch 4.2?!!! I am not going to re-up my accounts if there is no real solid way anymore...

Well I'm wondering if there is any alternatives to Mining/Herbalism if they are basically dead? I mean 50s for a cata gem sounds like a bad thing. Any ideas? Don't come in and trash me on my thread. I'm just asking questions if anyone has any ways of making gold with HB2...

AJ, I hate to be an ass but Crs is correct. The only way you don't have a million ways to make gold is if you have one toon and all they do is mine and herb. Here's just a shortlist what you can do.... Jewelcrafting - There will be a huge influx at first for cut gems, raw gems, etc with the new raid gear, tier 12, the VP's being turned into Justice, the new PvP gear, and a host of other uses for both rare gems and common gems alike. Blacksmithing - there are something close to 6+ new armor recipes, 8 new weapon recipes, and complete new ilvl 358 plate pvp sets for dps and heals. Ditto for Tailoring and Leatherworking as far as armor goes. You have the same ole, same ole with Inscription be it with glyphs, Darkmoon Cards, inks, or whatever. New Engineering schematics. Shoot you can make 10k+ per day just flipping stuff off the AH. I could go on and on. Seriously, all you needed to do was read the patch notes. Seafunk is correct, goldselling requires brains. Anyone that didn't read the patch notes from the PTR cost themselves hundreds of thousands of gold by not stockpiling Volatiles, savage leather, hvy svg, pristine hides, truegold, hardened elementium bars, and several other things. I have enough stockpile to come close to goldcapping one toon just off this patch and that doesn't count all the 10 guild tabs of pyrite I'm still saving for 4.3 (*crosses fingers*)

There is nothing to be said, every server is different, on my server there is very few botters. i barely see any every though i do long babysittings. but you can still see twilight jasmine for 10gold, and no one buys. while pristine hide sells for 600gold. so i just go on my LW and farm so much leather (about 40 pristine hide/day) and sell that. you too, use your brain, look around, and try doing something.

With the influx of new recipes, Truegold will be much more needed. Although it is only a 24 Cd, it can still bring in that extra gold.
